We’re Scott and Abbey Parsons, the new owners of Ginger Baker Cafe.

Originally from Bendigo, we moved to Bright in 2022 because of our love for the outdoors. Whether it’s mountain biking, paragliding or spending time with our lovable goofy dog, Buddy, we’re always up for an adventure!

Our passion for fresh, good food and drinks brought us to this wonderful cafe. We truly want everyone who visits to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe and garden as much as we do.

We got married here in Bright in 2024, and now we’re excited to start this new chapter with Ginger Baker—busy and loving every minute of it!
